We collect your name, email address, and any message you submit through our contact form, in order to respond to your enquiry. If you opt in to our mailing list, your name and email are stored in order to send you occasional updates about our work.
If you make a donation, we retain records as required by French law.
Your data is processed using Google Workspace (hosted in the EU/EEA) and Mailchimp (hosted in the United States under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form responses are kept for as long as needed to respond, then deleted. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe or request removal. Donation records are kept for the period required by law.
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can withdraw consent for mailing list emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, or by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
